As we look outside we gaze at trees beginning to blossom, rolling hills with a lush green color, flowers beginning to bloom and we know spring is coming soon and it is March. Not only do we celebrate the changing of the Season in March, we also celebrate the anniversary of the Amador Judo & Jujitsu Studio. We are proudly beginning our 37th year of instructing classes in the Tri Valley. There is an expression that says “Time Flies by When You Are Having Fun”. Or perhaps more appropriately stated “Time has a way of flying by when you are doing something you truly enjoy”. Our journey has been extremely fulfilling and we thank all of our students those that are still training with us and the students that spent a few months to those that spent a number of years. We thank you for the chance to have been part of your lives. Our memories are filled with rich, warm and memorable moments.

There is excitement in the dojo! Come join the Fun! This Saturday March 7th we will be hosting a Sumo Contest. Our tournament begins at 10 Am., with weigh in between 9:00 am and 9:45 am March 7th. The fee is $15.00 per participant and we will have awards for all.

Robertson’s Martial Arts Photography will be coming again this year April 24th and 25th. We will have a signup sheet available now. They have consistently produced quality affordable pictures of our students. If you have any questions, please ask or e mail us at AmadorStudio@aol.com.
 
We have scheduled a Stick, Bo, and Kendo Clinic for Saturday March 21st, from 2-5pm. This Advanced Level Clinic will be open to all 10 year olds and above with a rank of Orange Belt and above, all Intermediate and Senior Ranks. This is a special opportunity to practice techniques using a Stick, Bo or Kendo Stick. Any questions, please let us know.
